Yes. We have gear detect calculated into the charging algorithms.

If the engine is run for an extended period at say 1200 rpm, bore glazing is usually a problem, does this disadvantage use of the Integrel?

Bore glazing occurs if the engine is not loaded. Integrel loads the engine optimally which will in fact extend engine life.
